For over four decades, The Caves Restaurant has been serving up the best seafood in Fundy-St. Martins, welcoming locals and travelers alike with fresh flavors and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

Founded in 1982 by Bruce and Nancy Huttges, The Caves Restaurant quickly became famous for its homemade seafood chowder, crafted from a cherished family recipe and prepared fresh every morning.

Today, Bruce and his daughter Natasha proudly continue the tradition in honor of Nancy, whose warmth and dedication helped make this restaurant a beloved landmark. Her memory lives on through the restaurant’s commitment to quality, hospitality, and the love poured into every dish.
